Tucked away in the Food Republic 313@Somerset exactly located beside BBQ Chicken Wing stall, this venue owns a mid-size space with open kitchen counter. There is a long queue has been formed during meal time mostly from an office worker. Dao Xiao Mian

Start with the crowd pleaser menu here called Dao Xiao Mian (S$ 6.50). A nicely cooked shaven noodle with juicy pieces of meat, bathed in rich beef broth. It's soothing, fragrant, and flavorful. I love the way that noodle soaked up the richness of that soup and become so tasty to be eaten alone. Don't be surprised if the portion is very huge.

Beef Chow Mian

Beef Chow Mian (S$ 6.50) is also remarkable. That sauce is the real winner here with a bit of sticky texture and quite salty. Nevertheless, that meat is also juicy and tender. Even when you touch it, it will just fall apart. Dry version is suitable for hot and sunny day.

Fried Dumpling

The last thing to be ordered is Fried Dumpling (S$ 5.90 / 8 pieces). A nicely made Chinese dumpling with a juicy mixture and crispy skin. When you bite it, all of the meaty texture is there with a little bit of soft-crispy texture of that skin. Just dip it carefully to the chili sauce for an extra heat.

Formosa Delights

Formosa Delights has been awarded as the best Taiwanese noodle by my mom who ever lives in Taiwan back then. All menu is truly fantastic but still affordable. Just give it a try for the menu above for the best experience.
