The owner David and his wife Ester aim to deliver quality food accessible to all through affordable prices. "Because the price is not a key point unless customer itself" (David, 2017).
From the customer perspective, do expect for the fresh preparation process right at the counter surrounded by high technology noodle machine and innovative persona of the staff. Without losing the spirit of its namesake, strong presentation for each menu is also visible while the flavor remains consistent. No wonder this food stall always draws a long line up during meal hour.
Strategically situated at Food Republic in Wisma Atria, this food stall only owned a small space similar to its contender. Simple pictures of their menu together with the live cooking show has successfully attracted more customer all the time. Even though the crowd is unbelievably high, the fast and responsive service is just there to ensure lowest waiting time for each customer. It takes around 5 – 8 minutes from guest put the order until collecting the meal.
Indulge in Red Ring Treasures signature appetizer called Blooming Mari. A long-time favorite of all locals and Western food lovers, by cutting the edge of onion with skillful techniques and making its shape as a blooming flower before deep-fried to a golden perfection. Served together with special mayo sauce on top, this menu is unbelievably delicious. Absolutely crispy, fresh and flavorful. Might be a unique version of onion ring in Singapore.
Enjoy the well-respected dish called Chicken Cutlet Noodle. A dish that cleverly combines springy noodle and chicken cutlet then upgraded using that special red sauce on top. That chicken is the winner since it got a perfect crispy exterior and juicy interior while the noodle compliment it nicely with the spicy and fragrant flavor. As the pioneer of Chicken Cutlet Noodle in Singapore, each day they can sell more than 50 plates of this. No wonder we got impressed by this.
The latest addition to Singapore culinary scene is Salted Egg Squid with Rice. Put emphasis on the crispiness and succulent texture of squid, this menu is just enjoyable as it looks. The additional curry rice on the side is also brilliant since they used only the high-quality steam rice with authentic homemade curry sauce as well. Do have this while its warmth for the best experience. Even presentation speaks better than words.
Red Ring Treasures is absolutely impressive. We found our meal is freshly made from the kitchen and well presented. The owner and his wife got a brilliant talent to served its customer nicely. Believing that good food is not always pricey, this concept is kind of works here. Let's join the crowd.
