There would be 5 types of soup that guests can choose maximum 2 for shabu-shabu include Ma La, Tom Yam, Chicken, Tomatoes and Boiled Herbal. All taste good basically but depends on your preferences. As we take a peek for most of them, we do recommend you to taste the Ma La Soup (Medium Spicy) and Chicken Soup for a bit of contrast flavor.
At the front counter, there would be a food gallery packed with a freshly cooked menu that guest can take whatever they like. Ranging from fried mantao to steam dumpling has set in tasteful settings. However, fried mantao itself is one of the best we ever try in Singapore. It is soft, buttery and crispy. Definitely, match to be paired with that BBQ or shabu-shabu.
There is dozens type of meat available here. Pork, chicken, and seafood can be found at the middle counter of the dining area. Since all made fresh, it would be a guarantee that meat will taste juicy and tasty. Perhaps, we do recommend you to add more beef and seafood. Both proteins are the most brilliant one. Works well on Ma La, Tom Yam, and Chicken Soup or even grilling side.
Some kind of fresh vegetables and noodle also necessary for some people, that is Hao Lai Wu Steamboat & BBQ set a special counter for it. Just take whatever you want. We definitely love the lightness of po chai and that noodle which is springy and smooth.
Since everything seems hot and cooking will drain a bit of your ion, go get any kind of beverages at the outdoor part of the dining area. There is a big refrigerator and all beverages are there. Ranging from Coca-Cola to Green Tea, guest can take whatever they like but it is excluded the package.
