Gudetama Cafe Singapore

Opening their gate start from tomorrow, 30 November 2016, the long queue would absolutely be made due to the current hype on any social media platform. This 2,300 sq ft cafe is capable of handling 110 guests at the same time with a choice of 15+ menus include beverages. Decked with warmth interior design and 'lazy egg' wallpaper, this venue has owned a comfort and relax atmosphere. With dozens of staff, it will deliver a quick-service for sure. But then it still depends on the crowd.

Basically, this cafe has been separated into two section: main dining area and small dessert shop.  It would be good for those who just want to try one of them and of course, it would reduce the queue number as well.

 Big "Nua" Breakfast

The best entree is here, Big "Nua" Breakfast (S$ 25.90). A hearty combination between triple lazy egg, crispy bacon, and omelet is undeniably delicious. What we love the most from this menu is that oozy egg yolk meets the juiciness of bacon results in the slightly wet aftertaste. Even though the portion looks big, it's only suitable for one pax.

 Rib-”I” Don’t Care

Still, on the crowds favorite, Rib-”I” Don’t Care (S$28.50) is just entertaining as it looks. The meat is well executed and got a bit dry exterior with juicy interior. Topped with a tasty mushroom sauce and served together with 'lazy egg' mashed potato, this menu is truly satisfying in terms of flavor and texture.

 Scotch Egg

Nevertheless tasty, Scotch Egg (S$ 27.50) is a menu that put emphasis on simplicity at its best. Meaty, juicy and eggy on every bite of it. Especially it has been placed atop crispy noodle nest, feel free to have everything on your own.

 "Are you busy?" Burger

For meat expert, do expect for "Are you busy?" Burger ($27.50) that is just simple and straightforward. The highlight of this menu belongs to that juicy beef patty blanked with sunny side up. Once you start munching it, there would be a slightly rough texture of meat followed by the creaminess of egg yolk and lightness of fresh veggies. Perhaps, that side of homemade fries also we love. Crispy and tasty for sure.

"I'm Cold" Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict

Recently found the most Instagenic menu called "I'm Cold" Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict ($26.90). Two pieces of Egg Benedict atop freshly baked baguette and blanked with crispy bacon has a right consistency between sweetness and saltiness. Do have it while it warmth for the best experience, though.

Eggcited Cajun Chicken with Waffles

Eggcited Cajun Chicken with Waffles (S$23.90) is quite good but not as satisfying as the other. The chicken is tender and well executed but the waffle is slightly dry. However, the way they set that kind of presentation is kind of unique and exceptional.

 Gudetama Lobster Onsen

Together with Soup Spoon Singapore, they finally made this menu called Gudetama Lobster Onsen (S$16). Put emphasis on the complexity of multiple spices and more creaminess of soup, this menu has successfully won the foodie's heart. Covered with a thick layer of bread and topped with egg benedict, this menu is worth a try compared to any other one. The humble presentation has certainly uncovered the real flavor of it.

The Lazy Surfer

We definitely impressed with their The Lazy Surfer (S$26.50) that certainly fresh and light. The way they cooked that seafood is just great proven by the beautiful aroma during they served this. Next, the guest would be delighted by it's the juicy and succulent texture of protein that comes together with the marinara sauce, no one can resist this for sure.

 Ta-Ma-Go

If you still have space for dessert, do give a try for Ta-Ma-Go (S$17.90). It's sweet, soft and creamy. Perhaps, the best point for this menu is just good-looking and unique.

 The Shoyu Ramen

The Shoyu Ramen (S$21.50) might look so unique and visually appeal for gastronomes across the boundary. It's sticky texture and sweet flavor has spiced up our palate and leaves us happy for a while. But then, we still expect for more flavor.

 Gudetama Cake

 Gudetama Parfait

 The Iced Tea Coolers

For the choice of beverages, we just love their Cafe Latte (S$ 6.50) that looks so Instagenic with lazy egg latte art on top and The Iced Tea Coolers (S$8.50 each) that taste so refreshing as well.

 Gudetama Cafe Singapore

Gudetama Cafe Singapore has brought the new hype across the nation. Foodies all across the globe would certainly excite with this finding and yes they will join the queue for tomorrow. Overall, worth a try.

  2. Nice setup with really a classy look. Some time ago I was looking for such an event too, which will be in my budget and the one that is appreciated by all. During my search I found this Chicago event space and got fully satisfied and I am very much impressed by their settings and helping environment.
