 Top 10 Ramen Guide

We all couldn't live without a noodle. At least once a week, we should eat this even locals here also do the same. On any different country, especially Asia the variety of noodle dishes has become unstoppable. But in this guide, we do take a peek for best ramen in Singapore. From the most affordable one to the most glorious one will be issued for this special review. As our team keeps on working to serve you more, each month we would consistently deliver a new guide to keep you up to date. Don't forget to subscribe to be the first to know.

If we talk about ramen, that's mean our conversation has lead to the typical Japanese comfort food. Lasting for almost an era, this kind of menu has become a globally known dishes that ranked 8 out of 50 as the 'World's 50 Best Foods' by CNN Travel. Perhaps, the ramen chain in Singapore is kind of interesting to be explored. But still, we do notice not every one of them worth a try. Only this TOP 10 Ramen in Singapore will satisfy your palate rightly.

 Keisuke Ramen Kani King

If rich pork broth soup becomes too basal for you, just change your scene with the crab one right here. It's lighter, tastier and smoother than ever. Since the noodle is handmade, you can adjust your preferred texture for it. My ultimate suggestion is to try the hard one since it quite similar with the terms of 'Al Dante' in pasta world, means not too soft but a bit chewy and still smooth.

Back to the classic. What if your menu goes differently to the uncommon one like Cheese Chikua Ramen, I think it supposed to be interesting. A cheesy texture of it would add more stickiness into your mouth will enjoying that thin noodle. Perhaps the stock is not too overwhelming and contributes a certain amount of tastiness into the whole dish. Quite entertaining.

For lasting impression. The only soba in Singapore that impress me a lot with its simple appearance. It’s ultra-tasty, well balanced and rich of toppings. What caught you addicted into it is the special homemade sauce as the base layer of that noodle. Just mixed it up together and a bit of vinegar for extra flavour.

 Uma Uma Ramen

60 years of establishment never lie. Throwing back to the era when ramen is still new and classic, no one wouldn’t forget this worldwide brand that originally from Japan. Serving a hearty bowl of ramen with a bit toppings, this venue is certainly adapted that contemporary culture by adding some modern ingredients to make it more relevant to today context. It seems to be old, but still, it will never get out of style. The ultimate recommendation would be Spicy Chasiu Ramen (S$ 16.00) and Tan Tan Men (S$ 14.00).
