Followed by open-kitchen theme to create a possible interaction between your eyes and those cooking activities, this venue is absolutely well-designed one. Knowing there are so many foodies nowadays, a shade of sunlight goes into the venue to assist them in taking a good picture of their meal. Sophisticated yet glamorous.

Celery and Almond Soup

A better way to whet your appetite is by having this kind of Celery and Almond Soup (S$ 24.00). It's light, well-balanced, and vegetarian options. Definitely suitable for a healthier option.

Pita Bread

Pita Bread is quite entertaining, though. What our team captured from this is, it's quite heavy and dense but still a vegan option with non-diaries added. The strong flavor of olive oil has been resulting in the good aftertaste.

 Vegan Maccheroni Pasta

 Vegan Maccheroni Pasta

 Vegan Maccheroni Pasta

Better than the previous one, this Vegan Maccheroni Pasta (S$ 24.00) is not only tasty and packed with a full-bodied flavor, the fact it's definitely healthy as well. The pasta is cooked to perfection and moist yet springy. Meanwhile, the tomato sauce plays the dominant role in flavor and additional mushroom sauce on top is just brilliant. Mixed it up together before you feast it. Best pick so far.

King Crab Orecchiette

 King Crab Orecchiette

For the pasta menu, be sure you won't missed the King Crab Orecchiette (S$ 29.00). The ultimate-moist lobster served together with the buttery pasta results in hearty combination to satisfy your palate. Especially the presentation tends to be more significant than the rest of the menu. A major issue in this dish is a bit salty and too creamy. But still, it's just enjoyable.

 Braised Veal Ossobuco

Moving on to entrée, this Braised Veal Ossobuco (S$ 32.00) is absolutely significant. The appearance seems to be simple, but there is a strong potential to satisfy your palate rightly. The meat is succulent and fork-tender while the risotto is a bit creamy and buttery. In a sense whenever you taste it, it will be melted in your mouth. The taste is better than it looks.

Pan Seared Crispy Quail

Another option is Pan Seared Crispy Quail (S$ 34.00), a hearty combination of protein and purée. It's heavy, meaty, and certainly, make you full. Quite entertaining for sure.

 Light Almond Milk Custard

If you are a dessert fanatic, this Light Almond Milk Custard (S$ 16.00) is absolutely impressive. The pannacotta is just smooth while that topping contributes the sweetness to this dessert. Each bite would result in the happy moment for sure.

 Why Sundae?

It's true if they said Why Sundae? (S$ 16.00) taste pretty good. Since it has been known as the bestseller menu here. The dark chocolate is not too sweet but blends really well with the hazelnut toppings while the sponge cake makes it even soft and lighter.

 Dates & Walnut Cheesecake

The last menu to be tasted is Dates & Walnut Cheesecake (S$ 16.00). This healthy dessert seems to be acceptable for people of all ages. It's soft and not too sweet. People can pair this with a cup of coffee or tea for better afternoon tea experience. Worth a try.

 Open Door Policy

The unbeatable casual dining experience with a choice of healthier menus is definitely here. Open Door Policy might be quite new, but still, they are a tough contender. Be sure to taste it.
