The pasta is cooked to perfection and moist yet springy. Meanwhile, the tomato sauce plays the dominant role in flavor and additional mushroom sauce on top is just brilliant. Mixed it up together before you feast it. Best pick so far.
For the pasta menu, be sure you won't missed the King Crab Orecchiette (S$ 29.00). The ultimate-moist lobster served together with the buttery pasta results in hearty combination to satisfy your palate. Especially the presentation tends to be more significant than the rest of the menu. A major issue in this dish is a bit salty and too creamy. But still, it's just enjoyable.
Moving on to entrée, this Braised Veal Ossobuco (S$ 32.00) is absolutely significant. The appearance seems to be simple, but there is a strong potential to satisfy your palate rightly. The meat is succulent and fork-tender while the risotto is a bit creamy and buttery. In a sense whenever you taste it, it will be melted in your mouth. The taste is better than it looks.
Another option is Pan Seared Crispy Quail (S$ 34.00), a hearty combination of protein and purée. It's heavy, meaty, and certainly, make you full. Quite entertaining for sure.

The last menu to be tasted is Dates & Walnut Cheesecake (S$ 16.00). This healthy dessert seems to be acceptable for people of all ages. It's soft and not too sweet. People can pair this with a cup of coffee or tea for better afternoon tea experience. Worth a try.
The unbeatable casual dining experience with a choice of healthier menus is definitely here. Open Door Policy might be quite new, but still, they are a tough contender. Be sure to taste it.
