Japanese ramen is one of the most delicious food in the world. Perhaps, if you realized there is a lot type of ramen in Singapore that undeniably delicious. One of them is, Keisuke Ramen Kani King that certainly emphasize the use of crab broth instead of pork broth in a bowl of ramen. Because of this idea, they got a unique characteristic and set a differentiation with any other brand. Perfectly located in the downtown area of Singapore, bring them the highest crowd from tourist and of course the locals. Greeted by the fast-paced service and warmth interior makes the customer feel more welcome. The iconic Ultraman statue at the front gate is truly eye-catching while the Japanese traditional accessories have been placed all around the dining area. Start strong with the pan fried handmade dumplings called Pork Gyoza (S$ 5.00 / 5 Pcs). It's simple, packed with flavour and quite dry. The fillings is the major highlight of this light bites that comes from multiple ingredients. What makes it so special is that beautifully crispy layer on the outside which add a delightful sensation once you bite it. Nice idea for the starter.



Moving on to the entrée called Crab Broth Ramen Special (S$ 17.90). Think about springy noodle served in rich crab stock and topped with juicy toppings is definitely exist. Once you stir it, all of the aromas is certainly bursting your sense of taste. What attracts you more is that row of succulent pork belly on top of it. Better than what you expected before.



If you are a big fan of spicy food, just fulfill your palate with Spicy Crab Broth Ramen Special (S$ 19.90). What makes it different from the previous one is that additional chili ingredients on top of that springy noodle. And surely, it tastes really spicy, though. For the rest ingredients, it's all the same and the whole flavour of this dish still dominated by that crab stocks with an intense flavor of chili. Definitely interesting from the one perspective.

Then for the beverage they give you a free flow tap water on each table. But, if you are looking for hot ocha, some beer or any kind of beverage, they also sell it in moderate fare. Just ask the waiter for more assistance.


Keisuke Ramen Kani King is live up the people's expectation for a good bowl of ramen. The food is all impressive while the service is fast respond. More than worth a try.
