Dean & Deluca Singapore - Exquisite Western Food In Exotic Appearance

Dean & Deluca Singapore is one of the most anticipated cafe in the city. Hosting a classic culinary menu with a twist seems to be their strengths, while at the same time guest can expect a very nice presentation for each menu here. From the homemade burger to the most iconic cake has been packed with full-bodied flavors. Definitely, a playground for food enthusiasts to treat themselves rightly. Let's discover more and see what to expect from them.

Ideally situated within close proximity to the downtown area, making it a perfect base for chill and relax. Unveiled its warmth and homey atmosphere to make customer stay a bit longer. The venue can accommodate around 50 people at the same time and open reservation for a special occasion. What attracts you more is a minimalist table setting at the main dining area and a merchandise shop close to the main entrance. Perhaps, it still looks spacious, though.

Some people can skip their appetizer and go straight with the entrée. Perhaps, the Portobello Cheese Burger (S$ 24.00) tend to be a right excuse to following that rule. An amazing composition comprises the ultra-juicy beef patty, moist portobello mushroom, fresh of vegetables, melted cheese, and the soft bun results in melt-in-your-mouth texture for every single bite of it. The crispy and aromatic surroundings see the addition of a homemade fries and mini salad. Even though the portion quite big, it still recommended for one pax. Listed as an Instagram-worthy dishes.

Known for their most famous dessert collection, Rainbow Cake (S$ 8.50) is a must try one. The segregated layout that splits into five distinct layers is not your common finding. The right sweetness level is there followed by the moistness of cream cheese and five different flavors of sponge cake. Comprising an integrity of the outlooks, caught a foodie love to take a quirky snap for it before they start feast it. Definitely, a beautiful sweet tooth to feed your eyes and tummy rightly.

Indeed, there is another option like Lemon Meringue Tart (S$ 8.50) which boasts up the harmony of crust tart and brilliant lemon filling topped with a bit of torch meringue. This iconic French dessert is the most obvious example of Dean & Deluca Singapore's signature dessert collection. It's simple, light and not too sweet. Usually, for those who get bored with the complicated sweet tooth, this dish could be their right choice. Despite the combination of strong hues like brown, gold, white, and yellow, people still consider this as a beautiful creation that worth a try as well as the snap. Looks good even from the display.

Particularly, this Big Macaroon is quite interesting. It looks so big, got nice fillings at the center and well balanced. The cake layer is certainly the major highlight of this dish which got a right consistency between density and thickness level. Nothing goes wrong with this. Unless they make it inconsistent.

For the beverage, I do suggest you try the Hot Mocha Latte (S$ 7.00/ Large). Nice presentation proven by good art on top and right composition between milk and espresso is absolutely visible here. Definitely suitable to be paired with any choice of desserts or even main.

Dean & Deluca Singapore serves up good Western food menus, distinction desserts, from simple options to the complex specialties. The customer can feel the comforting and warmth ambiance while having their choice of menu. In a sense, each of you will have a really good time here, indeed.
