Tenderfresh Classic - Great Western Food That Cost You Less Than S$ 10.00 Per Person

If we discuss about the wide collection of Western food with a bit of Asian touch, hundred percent Tenderfresh Classic included in that kind of conversation. This indigenous establishment is as simple as it gets. Started from a small stall in 1979, and now they got around 100 stalls across Singapore. Precisely, their unique attribute to keep on moving is by serving an affordable Western food that tastes quite local and absolutely delicious. You can expect more from them.

One of their modern stalls is located in Beauty World area. Perhaps, this spot is kind of accessible and easy to be spotted. Actually, the whole dining area does not look so fancy, but this place is certainly become the comfort zone for many eaters out there. Sticking with minimalist interior design and reducing the space for each table might be their own uniqueness to attract more people. The outdoor section tends to be more interesting since it's just more windy and open-air system while the indoor area is quite crowded during peak hour.

People who value the worth of food would prefer to taste the Cheese Fries (S$ 4.50). The most significant light bites that's truly outstanding. While the fries is beautifully cooked and absolutely got a crispy exterior, the interior itself remains fresh and soft. Perhaps, the flavor domination comes from that layer of cheese and mayo sauce. Sweetness, saltiness, and tanginess is all there. Perfectly match with my standard.

For the complex one, just go with the Meat, Cheese, and Mayo Fries (S$ 5.90). Some people might be saying it sounds too much, but surprisingly it’s not at all. The meat which comes from bolognese sauce does balance the flavor for the whole dish while the rest of component has certainly contributed a certain level of saltiness, sweetness, and creaminess. Since this menu is the best-seller menu, be sure to taste it at least once in a lifetime. Nothing goes wrong with this.

Advanced menu to satisfy your palate is the only one, Laksa Prawn Spaghetti (S$ 9.90). Experience culinary excellence in Western cuisine with a touch of local flavor. A lot of what you find in another restaurant is not like this because this dish has clearly represented the beauty of this nations. Presenting the multiple spices in order to create that rich sauce to be mixed together with the nicely cooked pasta is certainly delicious. Even the prawn itself is fresh and juicy. Nice dish from home.

Particularly, people still coming back for the classic one like Spaghetti Bolognese (S$ 6.90). The appearance might be simple but the taste is quite good. The major element of this dish is located at that meat sauce while the rest of component remains flat.

It has been a real self-reward to get certain menus from Tenderfresh Classic. This restaurant certainly focuses on some kind of menu that looks so simple but the taste is incredibly delicious. Gastronomical delight has absolutely existed.
