Start with the Thai Fish Cakes (S$ 8.50). A highly-recommended side dish that tastes really classic and delicious. The right consistency between chewiness and crispiness is truly existed that comes from good proportions of each ingredient. Then, to escalate the whole flavor of it, they served this with the homemade Thai chili sauce on the side for you to dip. Sweet, salty, and a little bit of peppery is all there.

The distinction plate of Crabmeat Omelette (S$ 8.50) is a must-try one. The more you taste it, the more you enjoy it. Some people might be arguing if it looks like easy to make, but precisely it's not. The right thickness level of that omelet shows the ultra-crispy texture without any undesirable egginess then topped by pulled crab meat which is soft and juicy. Definitely, perfect to be served together with Tom Yam Seafood Fried Rice or even Seafood Pad Thai. They just caught me addicted into this.

Thailand's finest delicacies are here. Seafood Pad Thai (S$ 11.50) shows the harmony between springy be noodle, multiple spices, and fresh seafood ingredients. The secret of this dish is located at the wok flavor that comes from the good cooking techniques of Siam Kitchen Executive Chef. No wonder this menu has become the best seller one and mostly every table served this as well. Even though the portion looks big, it's perfectly crafted for one person.

Author's favorite is belong to this Tom Yam Fried Rice with Seafood (S$ 11.50). The fiery culinary performance of Siam Kitchen has been shown by this. Inspired by the richness of tom yam soup with a little twist, this beautiful creation is more than ready to satisfy your palate. It's tasty, fragrant, and strong in the aroma. Definitely interesting.

Last stunning menu to be tasted here is Honey Sesame Chicken (S$ 11.90) which boasts elevated juicy protein at its simple presentation. The major element on that plate is that chicken itself which is succulent and moist. Nevertheless, the sauce also tastes complex which is not too sweet and a little bit of sticky. Zero expectations for higher perceptions. It's no exaggeration calling this dish as the most simple dish that's undeniably delicious.

When people ask me my place-to-go for authentic Thai cuisine, of course, Siam Kitchen would stand on top of that list.
