No wonder this menu has become the best seller one and mostly every table served this as well. Even though the portion looks big, it's perfectly crafted for one person.

Author's favorite is belong to this Tom Yam Fried Rice with Seafood (S$ 11.50). The fiery culinary performance of Siam Kitchen has been shown by this. Inspired by the richness of tom yam soup with a little twist, this beautiful creation is more than ready to satisfy your palate. It's tasty, fragrant, and strong in the aroma. Definitely interesting. 

Last stunning menu to be tasted here is Honey Sesame Chicken (S$ 11.90) which boasts elevated juicy protein at its simple presentation. The major element on that plate is that chicken itself which is succulent and moist. Nevertheless, the sauce also tastes complex which is not too sweet and a little bit of sticky. Zero expectations for higher perceptions. It's no exaggeration calling this dish as the most simple dish that's undeniably delicious.

When people ask me my place-to-go for authentic Thai cuisine, of course, Siam Kitchen would stand on top of that list. Serving some delectable menus with a reasonable price tag is everyone's favorite. Also, they do maintain a good consistency that comprises flavor and texture for each menu. Definitely, impress with their performance. Two times visit is never enough.
