It's crispy on the outside and fresh on the inside. To add more flavor into your bites, just dip it into the special sauce on side of it. Don't be skeptical because of that appearance, perhaps there is a strong power behind this dish to kick-off your palate rightly. Quite interesting and creative.

The hearty combination between pico degallo, quinoa, lime juice, and chopped cilantro adding a huge amount of freshness topped with shredded Brussels sprouts, spicy pecans, feta cheese and dried cranberries to make it more superior and complex. To finish it strong, a citrus vinaigrette would add more aroma into this dish. Might be the tastiest salad lately.
For the lighter type of salad, just go with Feta & Fig Salad (S$ 22.00). It's simple, and contemporary presentation truly emphasizes the flavor and texture. The fresh figs, feta cheese, and chipotle vinaigrette contribute a huge amount of flavor while the rest ingredients will play with texture for your taste buds. Some people consider this because of fewer complications rather than the previous one. But still, different people got the different standard. The author of this article is certainly looking for the tastiest one and yes the Pico de Gallo Quinoa Aragula Salad got a better flavor than this.
Moving on to the entrée, a Quinoa Burger (S$ 19.00) is a perfect treat for any occasions. The humble combination between house made a patty of quinoa, red onion, portobello mushrooms, sunny side up, cheddar cheese, pecans, barley, soy sauce, and breadcrumbs is undeniably delicious yet complex. Then, topped with Sriracha hummus, aragula, and tomatoes to make it richer and huge in size. Actually, the flavour is nice while the robust presentation attracts the author more. No wonder this dish would get more exposure rather than other.
Premium handmade Cauliflower Burger (S$ 19.00) has an adequate amount of saltiness and sourness. Featuring a house-made patty of cauliflower, garlic, egg, goat cheese, oregano, and breadcrumbs then topped with zucchini, squash, Monterey Jack cheese, aragula, tomato and garlic aioli seems to be more complicated than ever. The huge concern goes to the vegan patty which comes as a hero for this dish. Even though the ingredients seems a lot, the flavor is not overwhelming at all. Quite good actually.
Elevate your wrap game with the presence of Grilled Ratatouille Wrap (S$ 18.00). The exquisitely grilled ratatouille vegetables topped with Sriracha mayonnaise, olive oil, and baby aragula then served in a seasoned grilled flour tortilla offers a spectrum of flavors. Sweetness, saltiness, tanginess is all there. The major highlight of this dish is certainly that ratatouille while the rest components go flat and become lighter. Nothing goes wrong with this as long as they served consistently.
Seared Corn and Green Bean Wrap (S$ 18.00) is quite good, though. Showcasing a light combination between grilled green beans, roasted corn, black beans, pico de gallo, rice, and a spiced yogurt is better than the previous one. Fewer ingredients have been results in nicer flavour.
