Streats Hong Kong Cafe is a casual restaurant that emphasise the nature of Chinese tradition. Offering a wide variety of menus with an affordable price tag is something to be expected from them. Let's find out what type of menus that need to be tasted here.

People who are living in Bukit Panjang area supposed to be happy with this finding, because they are located close to you. Even though it's quite far for some people, this spot is still crowded during weekdays. Especially on the weekend, the queue would never get the stop.

As you can see the place is not that big. Only few tables available here and the decor is just simple. Probably it's capable to handle 50 people at the same time. Then, why everyone keep on coming back to them? The answer is, food.

Remember to start with the appetizer first. From many options, there is only one who tend to be significant. It is called Salted Egg Yolk Pumpkin Fries (S$ 6.90). Don't be confused with the appearance, because the real deal is shown after you taste it. The crispiness of fries is there accompanied by the saltiness and lightness of that salted egg sauce. Simple food for great flavour.

You have to admit it hasn't been easy to skip this HK Carrot Cake with XO Sauce (S$ 6.90). Its simple, light, and packed with flavour. Nothing go wrong with this actually.

Streats Hong Kong Cafe also offers you a small amount of dim sum menu. And yes, this Prawn Beancurd (S$ 4.20) is just good enough for you. What makes it beautiful is the freshness of that prawn as the main topping of it. Crispy, juicy, and delicious. It is best to be served with mayo sauce.

Elevating simple protein to an outstanding level is the tasty Sweet & Sour Set (S$ 10.90) at Streats Hong Kong Cafe. This delicate dish is paired with an half-cooked egg, perfecting the bright color of that plate. Every single component would create a remarkable taste that forces you to say worth it.

Another Chinese's mouth-watering dish called XO Fried Rice (S$ 10.80). Instead of the common one, this plate is tastier and warmth. The bright color of each protein there is showing how fresh they are and that brown color of rice clearly represents the aroma of that dish. Just add one tablespoon of chili to make it even spicier. All time favorite dish is here.

Chicken Chop Cheese Baked Rice (S$ 11.80) is a part of Streats Hong Kong Cafe signature menu collection. This Chinese dish consists of melted cheese, succulent chicken chop, and fragrant rice. When you dig in, you will see how stunning and sticky that cheese to be paired with that protein.
