Eighteen Chefs - Good Food, Great People

Eighteen Chefs might be the strong competitor in F&B industry across Singapore that offer you a wide selection of multiple culture cuisine. Signature food include the Chicken Sausage Baked Rice, Double Cheese Sambal Fries, and some other. A casual dining experience is just starts here.

With its prime location in Bukit Panjang Plaza, only 8 minutes' so away from Bukit Panjang MRT, this great restaurant is a convenient spot for discover great Asian food with a touch of Western influence. However if you are living in East, Central or even South of Singapore no need to drive yourself too far to reach this place because they got several outlets across boundaries. Perhaps, every single store got a similar concept and it looks so simple somehow. Since they provide a lot of dining table within the area, no wonder around 60 people could be handled at the moment. It's typically work during peak hours to reduce the number of queue for sure.

One of the most anticipated food in this restaurant is the Double Cheese Sambal Fries (S$ 6.90). Precisely, it is one of the best - seller menu here. Featuring the most simple combination between thick fries and double layer of mozzarella and cheddar cheese then dressed with a drizzle of chilli sauce. Some of you might be doubt about the flavour of it. But surprisingly it works really well with my standard. It's delicious, well balanced, and beautifully presented. More than unique and interesting.

We all know that Singapore is a country who got the rich curry dishes ever which is comes from several ethnic groups that live as one society. That is why, this Japanese Curry Fries (S$ 6.90) must be added on your table. It's not usual somehow, but it's just significant. Once you taste it, you will find a good blend between saltiness of potato fries with sweetness of that curry sauce. Perhaps, it is good-looking as well. Would you ask for more?

If you are a big fan of pasta and salted egg dishes, this one is truly your mood booster now. They called this as Salted Egg Prawn Pasta (S$ 13.80). Combining succulent prawn and nicely cooked pasta with tasty salted egg sauce, means this dish is more than potential to lifting up your standard about your current expectation about salted egg dishes. How to enjoy this dish to the fullest is by mixing every single elements in on spoon and then slurp it. The saltiness, richness, smoothness is all there. All time favourite menu is absolutely here.

Next round, you need to face the unbeatable Chicken Sausage Baked Rice (S$ 6.90). The highlight of this round is when you scoop those melted cheese along with every single components on that plate, because you will see the details of it precisely. One thing that attract me more is the delicate flavour of that cheese which is not too salty but still tasty. Presentation looks simple, but the flavour is great.

Eighteen Chefs so far has got many awards from local media and e-magazine. Because they served a good quality food at an affordable price. High standard and wide of food choices is they current attributes until now. The concern is to entertain each of you properly. And yes, they just more than success right now.
