PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road - The Union of Crabs and Lobsters Buffet!

After three successful runs and countless sold-out nights of the Battle of the Crab buffet installment, Spice Brasserie at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road has upped the ante and is gearing up for a brand new crustacean battle. The crabs have called for reinforcements, and Executive Chef Low Hoe Kiat will be adding lobsters to this brand new epic battle series.

If you never heard about PARKROYAL Hotel, actually they have 2 places across Singapore. One that you see here is located on Kitchener Road and the other one is on Chinatown. Perhaps, both of the outlet has their own specifications and unique attributes. 

Since they come in All You Can Eat system (AYCE), it gives you a more chance to taste every single dishes without any worry. The main concern here is to try the remarkable menus of seafood delicacies. The all time favourite Slow-braised Pumpkin Crab in Claypot and Singapore staple Chilli and Black Pepper Crabs comes together with Steamed 'Live' Boston Lobster in Chinese wine that has been cooked a la minute to retain the succulent and sweet freshness of the flesh.

Start off the buffet course with the exotic Truffle Lobster with Marinated Jellyfish Salad appetiser.  A sweet lobster meat with a strong influence of Truffle flavour. Then, the must try one is belong to Flame-grilled Lobster Mentaiko. It's just creamy, juicy and delicious. A fresh lobster meat and covered with Mentaiko sauce that fully emphasized on smoky flavour of it. Even 5 pieces is never enough. 

Other options include the light Lobster Noodle Soup, salty Baked Lobster with Okiami and Natto Sauce, generous Crustacean Paella, fresh Cuban Lobster Stew, and the most brilliant Lobster Wellington. All of them come in beautiful and simple presentation to entertain yourself all over again.

If your tummy is still capable to accept more, just give little bit attention to Crab Roe Congee, Japanese Lobster Fried Rice, Stir-Fried Lobster in Fragrant Salt, Lobster Congee and Crustacean Congee.

Apart from the Battle of the Crabs dinner buffet, Spice Brasserie also offers the Singapore Nostalgic Lunch and Dinner buffet, featuring an extensive range of local and Asian cuisines such as assortment of fresh sashimi, and sushi, desserts, and many more.
