Singapore is a dynamic and multi-cultural country. Well known for the goodness of every single local dishes, this country always be a right destination for every foodies all over the world to taste the richness of Asia. The Singapore's most brilliant local dishes include Bak Kut Teh, Chicken Rice, Curry Puff, etc which has took a place on the list of Bib Gourmand awardees in the 2016 Michelin Guide Singapore.

This year, the Singapore Bib Gourmand represent 19 different type of cuisines ranging from all around Asia (consists of: India, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, etc.). The rating would be based on great flavour and value for money, specifically it must be below S$ 45.00. Of the total of 34 eateries that received the Bib Gourmand rating would become the most brilliant place to 'taste' the authenticity of Singapore.

As you can see the list is quite structured and it's not only focused in one part of the country. But every part of Singapore has their own specialty to be tasted all the time. Perhaps, some kind of restaurants like Tian Tian Chicken Rice in Chinatown is trully famous and familiar for us, also for those who are looking for halal food Bismilah Briyani for example is a good one.

How about the light bites? My recommendation is to taste the J2 Crispy Curry Puff in Amoy Food Street plus Wedang Indonesian satay in Golden Mile Complex. Both of them is trully entertaining and has a great reputation within the country.

Fuel up our day with a very nice meal is everyone's dream. Even me as a Blogger always looking for something new and interesting. Follow my Instagram and Snapchat for fastest updates.
