If we discuss about Keisuke Ramen, actually they are specialized in hard texture of ramen fused by strong flavour of soup. Hard mean there is a right consistency between chewiness and smoothness texture of the noodle. Honestly, the soup is rich and tasty which is good to be paired with that noodle. Another good part here is that juicy pork belly and beautifully cooked ontama egg which cause you get addicted for it. They called this as Special Miso Tonkotsu Ramen (S$ 16.90).

This casual Japanese restaurant transports you to the main road of Japan that looks so authentic, and honest. Specialized in maze soba, this place has the most tasty ramen in Singapore so far. Actually here is the differences. They used a specific type of noodle which is more thick, curly and chewy topped with the unbelievable protein elements that taste so juicy and delicious. Every single munch is worth the calories. Especially it looks Instagenic and eye-catching all the time. One time visit is never enough. On the picture called Zenbu Nose (S$ 15.80), another most famous menu called Mazesoba Nagoya Style (S$ 12.90).

Nice adjustment of components has create a good saturation level of that bowl and the excellent garlic aroma is undeniable. Definitely a great ramen bowl with so much potential.
