Kiseki Japanese Buffet - Free Flow Sashimi, Tempura, and Seafood. Would you resist this?

It's just obvious to say that Japanese food is quite limited in Singapore, since every 3 - 6 months there would be a new Japanese restaurant in town. However, have you ever heard about Kiseki Japanese Buffet? Probably it quite old though, but there is no reason to skip this because you just need to know how many variation of Japanese comfort food they have.

No more doubt to say that the location of this restaurant is absolutely strategic, exactly at the Orchard area. Once you arrive here, you will see a long queue and two different row for the reservation one and non-reservation one. Especially when it comes to the weekend, the chance to wait for approximately 2 hours is completely true so reservation is necessary.

As you know there are so many food here could be 30+ variation actually, so just pay attention with this review and take a note for it in order to make your dining experience more satisfying and exceptional.

Talk about the appetizer, we should go with the sushi station. Ranging from Shrimp Nigiri Sushi until Tamago Sushi is all available right here. Perhaps, both type of sushi is the one which impress me more rather than the other. It is just fresh and tasty. Just pair it with the soy sauce or even wasabi for better taste.

Then, if you can't leave without the friters, i suggest you to try their Karaage and Chicken Seaweed. Both of them is beyond crispy and juicy plus it taste quite salty though.

Well, some of you supposed to be familiar with Chawan Mushi and the one that Kiseki served here is quite good though. It's just soft, rich of toppings and eggy. One bowl is enough actually.

Live seafood is also available here to be paired with cold Soba. For example the fresh Prawn and Clam is always a good deal for me even though it is simple. Since the way i value every restaurant based on how they served a high-quality ingridients and stunning flavour.

Moving on to the meat station, just don't forget to taste Kiseki ultimate grilled chicken and beef. If you ask me to choose one, probably i go with the chicken. It's more tender and rich of flavour.

No. 1 choice in Kiseki is here - Tempura station. A nicely cooked Ebi Tempura, Vegetable Tempura, and Sweet Potato Tempura is available all the time. Look at those golden brown layer and imagine how crispy and juicy is it. Just paired it with the soy sauce for better flavour. I think each of you won't miss this.

Even though they are Japanese restaurant, they still served some Western food like this. Crispy Pizza, ans Spaghetti Carbonara. Both of them taste quite standard but entertaining somehow.

Beware for this Salted Egg Crab, because it is easily sold out. People could argue it doesn't looks good, but the fact that presentation lies really true. The way they cooked that crab is exceptional and that salted egg sauce it's just brilliant which is tasty and creamy. Finally i found different type of Salted Egg dish in Singapore.

Who's up for dessert? They served a plenty selection of cake and ice cream to leave a remarkable dining experience for each of you. My preference could be that Chocolate Swiss Roll and Vanilla Ice Cream with Choco Chips. You can imagine how sweet and soft is it.

Kiseki Japanese Buffet absolutely a good destination for Japanese comfort good with all you can eat (AYCE) system. No wonder the high traffic of people could be seen from far.
