Coffee Kulture Baywalk - Brilliant Coffee Shop With Powerful Dishes!

Tucked away in North Jakarta, Coffee Kulture Baywalk is a beautiful coffee shop that offer you a wide variety of asian dishes plus some classical beverages. Tasty food fanatic and caffeine hunter would be very satisfied about this cafe. Just walk through it and see how they served you well.

Specialize in coffee and some type of asian food, this cafe is never lack of customer. The place is also pretty comfortable and spacious. I do love the rustic concept of it inspired by balinese traditional coffee shop.

First of all, i decided to taste their signature appetizer called Salmon Treasure Meatball (IDR 88K), Pulled Pork Hash Sliders (IDR 59K), and Truffle Parmesan French Fries (IDR 45K). What a wonderful starter for sure. The one that impress me a lot is that meatball. Maybe it does not look so great, but honestly once you try it, it will blow up your mind. The meatball is pretty dense, tasty, juicy, moist, and a little bit chewy. Also that fries is simply entertaining, great choice all the time.

Talk about the main course, i do think this top three would be your best decision all the time. Croque Madame (IDR 69K), a classic French sandwich topped by sunny side up and smoked beef would bring you back to the simplicity. It does not too complex but the whole flavour absolutely goes right in your mouth. Meanwhile, The Ultimate Baoger (IDR 69K) is come with another reason. 100gr real beef patty combined with caramelised onion, bacon, and french fries would be very satisfying in terms of texture and flavour. Once you bite it, you will find the juiciness of that meat meet the crispiness of that bacon and sweetness of that onion. However, make sure to try their Salted Egg Yolk Chicken over Rice (IDR 65K). This premium asian dishes is only available right here. I oftenly found it in Singapore and Hongkong. But as they landed in Jakarta now, i do think it is totally deserved your attention. Definitely impressive.

Coffee Kulture also just launched a very commercial menu like this. Truffle Pasta (IDR 79K), Herb Crusted Salmon with Lemon Cream Sauce (IDR 159K), and Caramelized Ginger Salmon with Avocado Salsa (IDR 159K). I do think three of them is pretty entertaining for a while even though it does not impress me a lot. Like Truffle Pasta, for me it is too salty and lack of flavour. Then for the Salmon, i do recommend you to try the Herb Crusted Salmon with Lemon Cream Sauce. Basically, the salmon is simply crispy on the outside and soft on the inside while the lemon cream sauce does affect and elevate the whole flavour of it. I think the price tag is pretty high, but it is worth to try actually.

Your trip would not be perfect without trying their signature beverages. Hot Latte (IDR 35K) comes with the strong and bold flavour. Just put some order and they will give you some extraordinary latte art on top of it. Then, guess what the most famous Australian beverage has just landed here. Baozy Smores (IDR 55K) has become more eye - catching and looks so gorgeous. The combination between mini nutella baoger, dark chocolate, oreo, biscuit, marshmallow, and milk is absolutely sweet and tasty. Every kids who are coming to this place would be very happy to try it and their mom would be easy to feed them. Last but not least is Avocado Coffee Crunch (IDR 50K). The freshness of avocado meet the richness of milo and sweetness of chocolate ice cream gonna lifting up your day instantly. Also, it served with a small cup of espresso, in case of flavour and texture this one is the real champion.

Coffee Kulture is my place to go whenever i am in Jakarta. I will do my remote job here and order some extraordinary dishes like Salted Egg Yolk Chicken over Rice or maybe The Ultimate Baoger to be paired with Hot Latte. It will level up my day for sure.
